PetEmergencyTraining offers a comprehensive program teaching the necessary skills and methods to properly provide immediate first aid and care to an animal that has been injured or is ill until it can get to a vet.
Estimates indicate that up to 60 percent of animal hospital visits are emergency in nature. According to the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) 1-out-of-4 more pets would survive if just one Pet First Aid technique was applied prior to getting emergency veterinary care.
